Rather Prison than a Slave

  • OFFICIAL CONDUCT and PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
  • MS ASTRID LUDIN
  • The Commissioner: Companies Intellectual Commission
  • 18 July 2015
  • Dear Astrid
  • REGISTRATION NUMBER 2001/019108/08
  • I am addressing youspecifically, because,on 03 December 2003 you were appointed to the National Lotteries Board (NLB). You were appointed The Commissioner for Companies Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC)in 2011.
  • Of all those who are addressed in this letter, you are unique in the sense that you were directly involved at all relevant timesin the matter of Registration Number: 2001/019108/08. Moreover your position ofhigh office in both organisations makes you uniquely qualified to fully understand the issues that are raised in this letter.
  • We could just as easily have addressed this letter to Minister Rob Davies, your political head in government following ANC acceptance of the transfer of political power from theWhite Supremacist regimein 1994. As political head of both organs of state, including the Gauteng Gambling Board (GGB), Davieshas a keen understanding of the issues.
  • The first attachment to this letter, especially because you are so intimately involved, is self-explanatory. It is marked “RACISM 1”In short, it is confirmation that very shortly,I will be serving a three month term of imprisonment, as per the judgment of Acting Justice Keightley in Case Number: 37609/2014 GLD JHB.
    • “The applicant has submitted that the threat of a 3-month period of imprisonment is appropriate in this case to meet this objective. I agree with this submission.”
  • The acting judge, in this instance, is referring to the applicant who, according to you,as head of CIPC,is legally incorporated under the name: The South African Apartheid Museum at Freedom Park(8 Words).
  • The court that sentenced me relied on your officialinformation which, as you know, further stated that the applicant has the Registration Number:2001/019108/08.You also told the court that The South African Apartheid Museum at Freedom Park(8Words)was incorporated on 14 August 2001. The applicant filedyour official information, and the court, trusting that information sentenced me to3 months in prison.
  • Over the past 13 years of litigation,I have told more judges than I care to remember that the Registrar of Companies, under a government led by the ANC (once they got found out) had publicly confessed to wholesale internal fraud and corruption.I told many judges, that The South African Apartheid Museum at Freedom Park, as a matter of law, could not possibly have been incorporated while my registered trademarkThe Apartheid Museum® was of full force and effect on the Register of Trademarks. If legislation doesnot allow it, only fraud, makes it possible, I insisted. To this day I insist.
  • Denied my liberty, time in prison, you will appreciate, is very personal Astrid. Having engaged with your office as extensively as we did, I share now, for your personal account, the consequences of your officialconduct. There is, for all us, a personal burden, thatoperates outside of malfeasant policeand courts. In a constitutional democracy, community and familyhave as much right to the truthas police and judges.
  • This fact, coupled with the sentient nature of human beings urgesme to share our personal experience of incarceration with you. It is now a part of your family. It has always been personal for me and my family. Three months, especially in a jail controlled by the African National Congress, just takes it to another level.
  • As a family, our prison actually started years ago, when Charlotte Bauer, a White journalist,of the Sunday Times, published the Gold Reef City Casino Press Release.
    • “The Apartheid Museum as a concept was conceived by business tycoons Solly and Abe   Krok.” “ . . the project was conceived four years ago by business tycoons twins Solly and Abe Krok, as a carrot to be dangled before the Gambling Board in the hope of securing a gambling licence for the Gold Reef City Casino”(Sunday Times, 02 December 2001)
  • Astrid, your officialinvolvement in our personal experience of prison is intimately connected to the official involvement of many others mentioned and listed at the end of this letter. You are justthe most unique thread for the narrative at this final stage.
  • I am accepting prison as a personal consequence of my official refusal to apologise to, among others, George Bizos. In the same breadth, under oath, I said: The South African Judiciary, post 1994, is a cesspool of racist malfeasance.I have not apologised for that either. I stated my viewsafter 13 years in litigation: power, not justice, is a cardinal pillar of racism. And now, I must, as a result, bear the consequence of my official conduct.
  • THE BURDEN OF OUR SHARED HUMAN EXPERIENCE
  • In the lengthy engagement with your CIPC office, evidenced by substantial documentation, I was investigating theincorporation credentials of The South African Apartheid Museum at Freedom Park. (8 words)I repeat, your office confirmed that the registration Number: 2001/019108/08.
  • Attached as “RACISM 2” is the Application for Funding submitted to your National Lotteries Board(NLB) on 24 November 2004. Clearly the registration number 2001/019108/08 belongs to SA Apartheid Museum (3Words)Never once, in all that interaction, did you or yourCIPC office make mention of this SA Apartheid Museum (3 Words) The independent referees are Richard Moloko, George Bizos and Reuel Khoza
  • Astrid, you, Rob Davies and others included in this letter know full well that I have personal experience of how strictthe NLB, under an ANC led government, applies the rules to Black people who apply for lottery funds donated by the people of South Africa.
    • “Please note that the three (3) referees (Section D of FORM 2010/1) must be independent of the organisation and not related to each other i.e. they should not be employees or members of the management committee or independent auditors or accountants who provide services to the organisation.”
  • On or about 07 May 2012, only after the intervention of the Public Protector, you eventually generated documents to substantiate for the court, an entirely different, and yet, official position whereby you stated that George Bizos, Richard Moloko and John Kani, are Directors of The South African Apartheid Museum at Freedom Park (8 Words)
  • Many serious questions arise out of these contradictions. South Africa, for example, may want to know why their donations to the national lottery, were ploughed into an edifice that is, in terms of the Gambling ACT, the financial responsibility of the owners of Gold Reef City Casino. Davies(ANC) is also responsible for the Gambling ACT.
  • For our discussion though, the first question concerns the Distribution Agencyof the NLB, with PrinsNevhutaluas Chairperson. Surely the Distribution Agency assisted by your NLB staff, with you, Joe Foster and others on the board, could not possibly have missed the fact that George Bizos, Richard Moloko and John Kani are Directors of the company that has the registration number 2001/019108/08.
  • According to the NLB check list, signed off by Christopher Till, the NLB had checked all the submitted incorporation documents. Line 59 of the 2006 Annual Report of the NLB shows that the Distribution Agency (Arts Culture Environment and National Heritage) under Chairperson PrinsNevhutala, awarded the Gold Reef City Casino edifice a grant in aid in the amount of R1.58Million based on the Registration Number 2001/019108/08.
  • As Commissioner of the CIPC, the documentsyou generated and produced clearly show Richard Moloko as a Founding Director on 14 August 2001 and George Bizos and John Kani, as directorson 15 August 2001.
  • Christopher TillWITH Richard Moloko, on or about 01 November 2002, in a sworn affidavit told the court of Justice Brian Southwood, and every other court since, that they were Directors of The South African Apartheid Museum at Freedom Park (8 Words)They got my registered trade mark The Apartheid Museum® expunged. They passed Judge Southwood J, as ajuristic person under registration number: 2001/019108/08.
  • As we begin to appreciate the elements of perjury, fraud, fraud upon the court, money laundering and racketeering, it feels strange repeating to you, Moloko, Till, Bizos, Kani and all the others, everything that you all already know about your own officialconduct. I must continue because you all remain silent.South Africa will be not be any wiser because the police, the judiciary, parliament and the Sunday Times are also silent.
  • Through our extensive interaction, you know of course that at all times, our work in The Apartheid Museum, continues under the programme: Toward a cognitive understanding of racism and the inherited pathology of the slave. It is against this background that we seize every moment to enlighten, educate and inform public on the context in which the conduct of both the racist and the slave work to maintain systemic and institutionalised racism. Our courts are not unaffected by racism.
  • A SYNOPSIS ON RACISM AND THE SLAVE: The savagery that undergirds racism originates among Europeans, as an acquisitive group intent on the dispossession of Black property. It is unnecessary to cover that history in great detail, as it is evident in the everyday appearance and experience of life in South Africa.
  • As an indicator of how underdeveloped they were, it is worth noting that Europeans made a deliberate choice to separate themselves from humanity. Where humanity works for the common good of all, underdeveloped Europeans, given their infantile perspective, obstructed our progress. Theypillaged on the notion that the planet Earth exists only for the benefit of those who appear as White. In the words of a great revolutionary, Brother Malcolm X, generalised, they have blue eyes, blond hair and light skin.
  • They were barbaric and brutal in their quest. Large scale slavery and genocide; their instruments of fear ruptured humanity. In childlike exhilaration they cut through indigenous culture, belief and the development of humanity on this only place we call home. The advanced elements of human development that they encountered for the first time became the intellectual propertythat they took back to Europe and marketed as their own.
  • The impact on the indigenous dispossessed in South Africa forms a central part of this discussion, because these facts are particular to the 400 odd years, since White people landed on the shores of the Afrikan continent. In other parts of the continent, the history of struggle waged by the indigenous dispossessedheld out hope for reparation; the reclamation of ourtruepersonality, the return of stolen property and our humane progress that was stymied by the savage settlement of Europeans in Afrika..
  • In South Africa, very many years after the fact,we are told that the transfer of political power to the ANCoriginated in clandestine meetings with the White Supremacist community in prison cells and other secret venues.
  • In the context of a struggle against colonial apartheid racism, the entire country was,at the time, under siege - a prison of the indigenous dispossessed. The choice of engagement with the ANC, to the exclusion of all others, forms a critical strand to the development of this thesis on the relationship between the master and the slave.
  • Many other examples demonstrate the point, but, the factual matrix of this Apartheid Museumcase has uniquefeatures which add to a formidable body of work showing how assimilationists ingratiate themselves among savage racists. It is in this process that they foster systemic and institutionalised racism.
  • J. C. Myers, is Associate Professor of Political Science at California State University. His book is titled INDIRECT RULE IN SOUTH AFRICATradition, Modernity and the Costuming of Political Power.Michael MacDonald of Williams College writes a review that paints a compelling picture of life in South Africa after the White community, in clandestine meetings, made arrangements with the African National Congress.
    • “ . . . the British colonial policy of employing indigenous tribal chiefs as political intermediaries -- has typically been understood by scholars as little more than an expedient solution to imperial personnel shortages. A re-examination of the history of indirect rule in South Africa reveals it to have been much more: an ideological strategy designed to win legitimacy for colonial officials. Indirect rule became the basic template from which segregation and apartheid emerged during the twentieth century and set the stage for a post-apartheid debate over African political identity and "traditional authority that continues to shape South African politics today. Myers develops a ground-breaking understanding of the ways in which leadersstruggle to legitimize themselves through the costuming of political power.
    • Myers shows why indirect rule developed in South Africa, why it was absorbed by white supremacy, and why it influences South African politics to this day. Theoretically sophisticated, Indirect Rule identifies and explains the central contradiction between the ANC's traditionalist and progressive agendas.
  • Very brief, but sufficient, this then is the academically researched context in which we examine your role as a White female official, working under Rob Davies, a White male official, in a government led by the African National Congress.
  • In your official role Astrid, both you andyour Deputy Commissioner, Advocate Rory Voller – a non-white male –also told the court that a White individual, named Steven Joffe is a Director of The South African Apartheid Museum at Freedom Park. (Steven is the son of Judge Meyer Joffe, who, as you may know, sentenced National Police Commissioner Jackie Selebi to 15 years in prison for fraud, racketeering and money laundering)
  • Steven himself has never denied that he is a Director of The South African Apartheid Museum at Freedom Park(8words).What is irregular though is what Joffe as the CEO of Gold Reef Resorts Ltd, the JSE listed company, told his shareholders. Joffe, with Arthur Aaron of WerksmansAttorneys are both qualified in company law:
  • “The South African Apartheid Museum (5Words) is a Section 21 company which operates the museum adjacent to the Theme Park. The South African Apartheid Museum was developed by Akani Egoli as one of its casino licence conditions. Akani Egoli contributes a fixed monthly fee to fund the operational expenses of the museum.”
  • The Gauteng Gambling Board (GGB) will be able to confirm that Reuel Khoza is,at alltimes relevant, Chairman of the Akani Egoli (Pty) Ltd. Joffe was also a Director of Akani Egoli (Pty) Ltd, while Khozawas, in turn, also a director of Gold Reef Resorts Limited.
  • The document marked “RACISM 4”will prove very interesting for PrinsNevhutala and his Distribution Agency, once they understand that there is no statute of limitation on fraud.
  • This document, dated 11 September 2003, like the Christopher Till “application for funding” shows John Kani as Chairman. You, Commissioner Astrid Ludin, told the court that is sending me to prison, that John Kani, was a director of The South African Apartheid Museum at Freedom Park (8 Words)Registration Number: 2001/019108/08.
  • However, more significant is the detail of this internal meeting. The Section 21 Company mentioned here was DISSOLVEDon that day in September 2003. There is no mention of this dissolved boardin the application for funding submitted by Christopher Till, even though John Kani and Rowayda Davy are present on both occasions.
  • Mindful of the rules and regulations on INDEPENDENT Referees, the NGO community that struggles to secure funding from the NLB will be surprised to see that Christopher Till, John Kani and Rowayda Davy, daringly so, list Reuel Khoza as Chairman of ESKOM, rather than, for the sake of transparency, as the person who tied George Bizos and all the others to Registration Number: 2001/019108/08.
    • “It was agreed that a selection from the applicants be made by the Chairman John Kani and the Chairman of Akani Egoli. John Kani to discuss with Reuel Khoza.
  • Astrid, the astute reader of “RACISM 4” will notice the fuss about Joffe and Moloko, not being invited to the meeting. Not one among them mentions their fellow Director George Bizos.(Police and judges, under government led by the ANC, are silent on this)
  • Astrid, you must agree that, in the silence that is Rob Davies (ANC) you are uniquely positioned as the person to answer allthese questions around Registration Number 2001/019108/08. In the mix of white lies, contradictions, omissions and nuances, Reuel Khoza, who signed the Gold Reef City Casino bid documents, should be the first to tell you that Akani Egoli (Pty) Ltd promised the GGB a project calledFREEDOM PARK.
  • Reuel, as Chairman, may also explain that the lawsuit for infringement of my registered trademark The Apartheid Museum® was brought against Akani Egoli (Pty) Ltd - the holder of the Gold Reef City Casino Licence. I took my lead from the White journalist, Charlotte Bauer and the Sunday Times, when I launched my infringement suit against Gold Reef City Casino. So, there had to be an explanation for that. This is how Akani Egoli, with Khoza as Chairman, explained it to Judge Brian Southwood and every other judge since.
    • “The idea of “The Apartheid Museum” was conceived long ago and its original name was “The Park of Freedom”.(Allofficial documents state: Freedom Park)
  • A diligent community – unlike police and judges - can now begin to interrogate how a “company” incorporated with 3Wordswas reinvented to become a company with 8Words. The words “at Freedom Park”,they figured, was a necessaryappendage to be reconciledwith the bid documents at the GGB. (Jacques Booysens, CEO of GGB, supported “at Freedom Park.”Youled your staff: AsogarenChetty, Lana van Zyl, Douglas Mokaba and Flip Dwinger, also went along with “at Freedom Park”as a stratagem against justice)
  • In the appendix “RACISM 3” theSouth African Revenue Services (SARS) is the ultimate authority for the collection of taxes. SARS: Particulars of the LEGAL PERSON= SA Apartheid Museum (3Words) SARSgot this information from the Registrar of Companies.(Note the Registration No. 2001/019108/08) Astrid, why did you tell the courts that the LEGAL PERSON is The South African Apartheid Museum at Freedom Park (8Words)? And you included Registration Number: 2001/019108/08. Incidentally, the inception papers show that “both” applicants REFUSED the “shortened form of name.”
  • Astrid, while I am in prison, my family will be thinking about you and Joe Foster and the NLB of November 2004. My children already know of my first-hand experience with PrinsNevhutalu and the Distribution Agency when he was Chairperson. That was interrogation I am not likely to forget, when, as CEO of The Es’kia Institute, I went begging for financial support from the NLB. White people like Christopher Till, clearly enjoy smooth passage.
  • “RACISM 4”reveals that CHN Kroese (Christian Hendrik Nicholaas)SA Abramowitch (Sidney Arnold) and S.Krok (Solomon) are the Senior Directors.PrinsNevhutala, NicholaDanby, EdddieMbalo, RazeenaWagiet, perhaps only now, may begin to wonder why John Kani and Christopher Till are at the forefront of this application.
  • If Akani Egoli (Pty) Ltd is to be trusted (and the South African Judiciary, with your help, trust them enough to send me to prison) then, it must follow, thatthe LEGAL PERSON with Registration Number 2001/019108/08 in November 2004 accessed public money fraudulently from the NLB, while you, Astrid Ludin, were a member of that Board.
  • According to Akani, under oath two years earlier,in November 2002, these are the facts:
    • “At the outset however, I wish to confirm that the organization that actually trades as The Apartheid Museum is an entirely separate entity, namely, a company registered in the terms of Section 21 of the Act, with effect from 14 August 2001 under number 2001/019108 under the name of The South African Apartheid Museum at Freedom Park.”(8Words)
  • Akani Egoli (Pty) Ltd, still under oath, emphasised the point again, explaining it thus:
    • “…the initiators of the project were Messrs Solomon and Abraham Krok, who, apart from being the founders of my company, which trades as Gold Reef City and Casino were also the initiators of the Section 21 Company known as The South African Apartheid Museum at Freedom Park.
  • Astrid, you and your crew, under Rob Davies, confirmed to the court that Edward Nathan & Friedland (Pty) Ltd, Friedland Hart & Partners Inc. and Knowles Husain Inc. were given Special Power of Attorney to incorporate The South African Apartheid Museum at Freedom Park(8Words). Lesego wa Lesego was an employee of Akani Egoli and he too is listed with Steven Joffe; Richard Moloko, Solomon Krok; Kim Feinberg; Christopher Till, Sidney Abramowitch (without ARNOLD) and “Christopher” Kroese. NONE of his three names is CHRISTOPHER. He is Christian Hendrik Nicholaas.
  • Lesego wa Lesego, in a very clear and unambiguous sworn affidavit trashes that Special Power of Attorney Form as a scam. NOT ONE of the other Directorsor the three big Johannesburg Law Firms hasshown the courage to challenge his version. He told us a lot more about how FREEDOM PARK became THE APARTHEID MUSEUM.
  • Lesego, in an audio-visual recording, tells us that Dan Mzizi, John Kani, “Christopher” Kroese and Richard Moloko, were in the room when Solly Krok, to the amazement of all present, stormed through the door:
    • “Drop everything that you’re doing. “Apartheid” He particularly said in his sentence; this is meant to be “THE APARTHEID MUSEUM. And further in the recording: “Ja, we’re all sitting there with our documentation and everything. So he stormed into the room. He said “Leave everything! Now this is going to be called THE APARTHEID MUSEUM”... We were working on FREEDOM PARK, and I was researching and calling people from all over, the Koi San and all of that...That was no APARTHEID MUSEUM. That thing came when we were sitting there and in fact, we were even debating and arguing with Solly to say: “Now you going to change it to Apartheid Museum and the pillars had already been built.” So it means we have to reconfigure the storyline. So if we reconfigure, but you can’t because it means you have to break this…”
    • Referring to Dan Mzizi, Lesego continues “Hey! He had a firebreath! He was giving Solly Krok a hard time. A hard time to expose them to the Gaming Board. Then the next thing he was killed in his driveway”.
  • Astrid, I have never heard of a Black person who, in 2001, could initiate the incorporation of a company without a CM5 – Name Registration Form. I raised this with Justices AzharCachalia and RammakuMathopa of the SCA, clearly stating my view thus:
    • “The South African Apartheid Museum at Freedom Park does not exist, has never existed and is nothing more than a cut, paste, forge and photocopy fraud, with the assistance of whomsoever the initiators, Abraham and Solomon Krok colluded. The South African Apartheid Museum at Freedom Park, we contend is a deception that, against all the evidence and statutory incorporation requirements exists, without evidentiary and statutory support, in the minds of malfeasant courts. And contrary to law, The South African Apartheid Museum at Freedom Park has been afforded locus standi”
  • Why did “Astrid Ludinof the CIPC” tell the court that George Bizos, Richard Moloko, John Kani and Christopher Till are company directors under Registration Number; 2001/019108/08 when the same “AstridLudin of the NLB” passed George Bizos and Richard Moloko as INDEPENDENT of Registration Number: 2001/019108/08. My prison sentence is locked into that cesspool of racist fraud and malfeasance, with Astrid Ludin, and some slaves working under Minister Rob Davies of the African National Congress..
  • I will be in prison because I publically called the directors of The South African Apartheid Museum at Freedom Park and their lawyers a bunch of racist fraudsters, liars and thieves. If the South African Apartheid Museum at Freedom Park does not exist – it follows – that there cannot be anybody who is capable of being called a Director that is a racist, fraudster liar and a thief, in an organs of state led by the White member of the ANC – Rob Davies. Forget police and judges – 13 years of silence - in prison, my family and community will remember you Astrid.
  • Incidentally Astrid, have you figured out why none of the Senior Directors have ever provided their personal version in affidavit under oath. The affidavit that effectively puts me in prison is almost 500 pages long and is written by the non-whitemale - John Kani. He tells the court detail of Solly Krok’s innermost thoughts. Krok himself is silent for 13 years.
  • In my view, it is extremely unfair, that after 400 years of brutal racism, under government led by the African National Congress, not a single national programme illuminates a cognitive understanding of racism. Whiteness strikes terror into the heart of the slave who has done nothing to reclaim the personality we lost under colonial apartheid racism.
  • It is Steven Bantu Biko, among others, who capture this as a non-whitephenomenon:
    • “... the type of Black man we have today has lost his manhood. Reduced to an obliging shell, he looks with awe at the white power structure and accepts what he regards as the ‘inevitable position’. Deep inside his anger mounts at the accumulating insult, but he vents it in the wrong direction – on his fellow man in the township and on the property of Black people.”
  • It is in this context that I must return to the NLB headed by Chairperson Alfred Nevhutanda – another non-white male. The appendix “SLAVE1” is an email I wrote to TintswaloNkuna of the NLB. I offered to share prima facie evidence about Akani Egoli (Pty) Ltd and the Registration Number: 2001/019108/08, acting as a front to defraud public funds of the national lottery. See appendix: “SLAVE 2”and consider the response. Nkuna, Nevhutanda and the lawyers of the NLB, under Rob Daviesturned down my offer to help. I did NOT ask to be treated as an anonymous whistle-blower.
  • When the brothers Krok sent their lawyer, Donald Lindsay MacRobert, of Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs, to meet with the NLB, they have it in their mind that they must cut off my only source of income. My company, Stainbank & Associates, as a non-negotiable condition set by the National Lotteries Board, has a management contract with The Es’kia Institute. (We gave up other clients to manage the Es’kia Institute)
  • Attorney Donald Lindsay MacRobert – a White male -tells the NLB that Mike Stainbank is stealing money from the Es’kia Institute. At the time that the Whites pass instructions to the non-whites of the NLB, based on these lies, The Es’kia Institute has submitted many years of audited financial statements and not one of them is a qualified audit. More especially, the NLB had only just completed its own audit of our Progress Report and this too was passed with flying colours. The NLB was, on this basis, compelled under law, to release the balance of allocated funds to The Es’kia Institute.
  • Under the non-white Chairman Nevhutanda, who is answerable to the political whims of Rob Davies, the NLB, with the non-white female, TintswaloNkuna in the lead, withheld the release of ourallocated funds and demanded every single bank statement of ours. Astrid, you will be fully aware that TintswaloNkuna, was compliance and risk manager at CIPRO/CIPC, beforeshe moved onto the NLB.
  • The NLB, to date has been auditing The Es’kia Institute for approximately 3 years. On average, it takes them 6 months to reply to correspondence marked as URGENT. Staff of the Es’kia Institute, have been retrenched and our families are left destitute. With every single bank statement in their possession, the last request for URGENT attention, in an effort to save The Es’kia Institute from total collapse was sent to the NLB in March 2015 –there has not been a response.Throughout the NLB insisted that they were acting on a tip-off from an anonymous whistle-blower.
  • From my research (and indeed my experience) I find the terrified fear of White people particularly prevalent among members of the African National Congress. For an organisation that boasts a revolutionary standard; the ANC displays a regrettable ignorance on issues of racism. Poverty stricken and fearful Black people are essential to the retention of systemic and institutionalised racism. (That is exactly why the acting judge Keightley threatened me with imprisonment.) True revolutionaries know full well that financial power and control is central to racism. Our police and courts, under an ANC led government, I have found, cannot get beyond the silliest understanding of racism.
  • When Reuel Khoza and his non-whitecontingent went pleading for the Gold Reef City Casino licence, they told the GGB, that they were pennilessvictims of colonial apartheid racism. The Krok brothers whose foundational wealth is derived from the sale of skin-whitening creams laced with hydroquinone and mercury became their White Saviours.
  • FREEDOM PARK and THE APARTHEID MUSEUM
  • THE NEXUS BETWEEN THE RACIST AND THE SLAVE
  • The independently researched study by Professor Sabine Marschall, published by Brill in 2009, Landscape a Memory;, provides a very important insight into this discussion.
    • “This chapter makes extensive use of archival material sourced at the Department of Arts and Culture in Pretoria. Although I’m very grateful that the department eventually made these documents available to me after many unsuccessful attempts over several years, it must be noted that department officials have remained very uncooperative. Since so many new monument projects in South Africa are in one way or another endorsed by the DAC, I was keen to obtain the department’s official perspective on specific heritage initiatives or official explanations for certain questions or contradictions. Despite numerous attempts, this has remained impossible, because department officials are unwilling to be interviewed or answer questions posed to them in writing. There appears to be a great sense of fear ‘to say the wrong thing’ and academic research appears to be perceived as a threat, not as an opportunity to assist or improve the government’s efforts. Hence in this and other chapters the department’s ‘voice’ is regrettably absent, apart from archival sources.”
  • When reading my emphasis, it must be remembered that FREEDOM PARK, first appears in the casino bid documents that Akani Egoli Pty Ltd submitted to the GGB in or about June 1997, with claims that it was the original vision of the White twin brothers Abe and Solly Krok. The taxpayers R2Billion site in Pretoria named FREEDOM PARK, on the version of the ANC led government, originated through the FREEDOM PARK TRUST, which was registered on 23 April 2001. This is 4 years AFTER the Casino Bid documents. Marschall tells us that it was originally conceived as “Heroes Acre” and had a budget of R3Million (three million rand).
  • The Freedom Park version reads as follows:
    • “Freedom Park was established as the South African government's response to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. It took into account the public's need for a memorial to fittingly honour those who sacrificed their lives to win freedom. It also celebrates and explores the country's diverse peoples, and our common humanity, through compelling stories, performances, exhibits and architecture. The project was officially launched on01 June 2000, and the Freedom Park Trust was established in April 2001 to develop the heritage project.” AUTHOR: Freedom Park. SUBJECT: The History of Freedom Park
  • When I told FreneGinwala of the African National Congress that Freedom Park, originated in the mind of Abe and Solly Krok, she wrote back to me and said: “I have personal knowledge of the conception of Freedom Park, and it does not support what you are claiming.”I never made any claims – everything I told FreneGinwalawas gleaned from Gold Reef City Casino affidavits - under oath and submitted to the courts.
  • In order to analyse whether there is any truth in either version - it is critically important to embrace Marschall’s experience withthe report of a diligent monitor at the Gauteng Gambling Board, who wrote to Dan Mzizi and Richard Moloko of Gold Reef City Casino, expressing the exact same sentiments. SECRECY! SECRECY! SECRECY!
  • Distributed throughout South Africa, all the national leaders of the government of South Africa led by the ANC were the first recipients of my prospectus New Landscape New Images. The congratulations we received from the Office of President Nelson Mandela on 29 January 1999 read in part:
    • I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all the best with The Apartheid Museum initiative. Clearly the concept has much potential to contribute to nation building in our country.”
  • Many years later, I get to hear that it is barely six months after I received the letter from President Mandela’s office, that Reuel Khoza invited, the internationally renowned, Zakes Mda, to join the Krok Brothers for a meeting at Mandela’s home.
  • Mda speaks of this meeting and says:“That was the last meeting of the Apartheid Museum committee that I attended.” It was the same with a number of Black Economic Empowerment deals where white capital found some black faces to front for it.
  • Zakes Mda understands racism, much clearer than any judge I have met and tells us why:
    • “It became clear to me what my role was at this meeting. The impression was being given to Nelson Mandela that I was an important cog in the Apartheid Museum project. Yet I was not. I was just one of the many irrelevant committee members. The movers and the shakers of the project were all white. I was a black face who was merely a front to show the great man that black folks were participating actively in the project.”
  • In this month, beginning 18 July 2015, it has taken me far more than 67 minutes to reach this conclusion. I feel obliged to submit this in tribute to the memory of Nelson Mandela.
    • 'You know, every time I see you, I see money,' Mandela said. 'Give me more money, Solly.' It was as though somebody had tickled the puny Krok twin; he giggled and promised that he would give more money.
  • Professor Es’kia Mphahlele – 1998. (Es’kia Institute – Afrikan Affirmations Series)
    • “Now the target of our fighting talk has shifted. We can already foresee a manifestation of the fact that capitalism, graft and political dishonesty have no race or colour. . .”
  • DEAR FAMILY AND COMMUNITY – this is just onepost 1994 South African story. If it were not so personal, it would be insignificant, even with prison attached to it. Taking this matter through the South African Judiciary for 13 years was a choice, entirely consistent with the mission I set for myself when I founded The Apartheid Museum. Our test of the courts is, in essence, a test of our constitution, which in turn, is a test of what we let ourselves into with this arranged experiment of 1994. It was euphoric at the time, but it is especially intelligent to assess matter against new evidence and the lived experience. We’re living a spectacular failure and the sooner we confess to it the better.
  • Based on my prospectus, on 24 February 2000,one year before the Gold Reef City Casino racist attack, the Bloemfontein Transitional Local Council, passed a resolution to build The Apartheid Museum in Bloemfontein at an estimated cost of R1Billion. The courts and media, do not speak of the mission and vision outlined in my prospectus.A few extracts, will lend an insight into the fully integrated approach I had developed.
  • My prospectus reads in part:
    • “The Apartheid Museum will relate our history in the hope that we may experience a catharsis – the healing of psychological wounds that bleed into our daily lives. The underlying belief is that until we, out of our own determination build our museum of the past and our monument to the future, we cannot hope to build ourselves, We cannot hope to enjoy appreciation of self, of effort, of victory and of true freedom. Thoughts of an African Renaissance begin at this point.”
    • AND
    • “The Apartheid Museum shall act as a catalyst in restoring the psychological health and balance of a people destroyed by apartheid. This need for psychological redress is the primary challenge facing The Apartheid Museum.”(We simply must overcome the inherited pathology of the slave)
  • Professor Es’kia Mphahlele made his contribution thus:
    • “When we can assemble here, under this multi-dimensional “dome”, when we can commune among ourselves, feel one another, seek one another out, across the barriers of the philistines and ogres of our recent past who manipulated so much of our history; when we can restore the sense of beauty and selfhood, the community our forefathers enjoyed, we can rightly inhabit this mini city in the profoundest sense of the word. That is, we can share in the joy of an environment in which we ourselves shall be the human dimension, the social dynamic propelled by that sense of becoming itself a compulsive act of cultural wholeness. Surely herein lies the answer, applicable to all in this country. Thus we shall breed the unifying content of our character into the enterprise, give it our own life”
  • Astrid Ludin, Rob Davies, his African National Congress and the Krok brothers, are the tiniest of South Africa’s concerns. We the peoplehave agreed that the courtsSUBJECT TO OUR CONSTITUTION - are our ultimate defence. To appreciate where we headed as a country, concerned South Africans must interrogate what the courts had as evidence and unchallenged documented fact before they expunged my registered trade mark, did all other things they have done over the past 13 years, and now want me imprisoned.
  • Once you have overcome your unshakeable belief in the police and the courts under an ANC led government, and once you decide that you want the truth about Freedom Park, the brothers Krokand The Apartheid Museum, the incomplete list of individuals below, will each have some or other tiny piece of information that will show the brothers Krok and the African National Congress swimming in the same cesspool that makes secrecy the hallmark of the pitiful relationship between the master and the slave.
  • Embrace Lonmins Massacre at Marikana and consider also an ANC led government approving investments in White companies engaged in price fixing and collusion on basics like bread, medicines and fertilizers. Look around you and grasp the totality of your lived experience - it may provide an insight into what was actually agreed upon in those clandestine meetings in prison cells and other secret venues.Only then will you understand the costuming of political power and why it is that the system must get me into a jail controlled by the African National Congress. See you on the other side.
